摘要: This paper intends to describe the evolution of strategic decision-making processes in organizations and propose an integrate view these processes. seeks make a number contributions literature on strategy development It explores multidimensional conceptualization inquires specific process characteristics, such as creativity, resources rationality. Further, provides critical evalua- tion nature relationship between performance. Finally, au- thor emphasizes need for identifying different levels analysis, continuous temporal evaluating events with their natural complexity In summary, author argues that what is needed field are "process" models which more environment-focused. doing this, highlights promising directions by drawing upon lessons learned organization-focused strat- egy research, taking example "decision-making school" it moved from content focus focus.
