摘要: This study considers how the mode of decision-making affects formation different slack resources by a programmed and non-programmed to increases or decrease resources. Based on "bounded rationality" view resource, this paper divided into three types,physical slack, human relations established model for relationship between types organizational slack. Six hypotheses are tested using 283 manufacturing enterprises in Henan province China. The results show that is negatively associated with physical positively relation These findings substantiate China mainly attribute decision activities. It implicates manager choose type need consider balance due beneficial certain but simultaneity other also provide more support resource.
