摘要: Grape polyphenols are abundant. They play essential roles in the vine’s life, particularly its defense mechanisms. Interestingly, grape, fresh or dried, is a widely consumed fruit by humans, as processed products, grape juice and wine. Moreover, they contain vast highly varied quantities of polyphenols. Like other phytophenols, wine resveratrol considered protective micronutrient like flavonoids, epicatechins green tea cocoa, quercetin apples onions, curcumin turmeric root, hydroxytyrosol olive oil. Resveratrol powerful natural antioxidant vine. it protects low density lipoproteins against oxidation consequently prevents delays atherosclerosis. On hand, inflammation reflect many dysfunctions pathologies, where has positive effect these disorders. This review will summarize anti-inflammatory properties mechanisms toward arthritis retinopathies.
