摘要: The present chapter considers the acute haemodynamic effects of calcium channel blockers. Although those agents are used in therapy for long-term (even life-long) treatment, it is interest to examine changes evoked when administered at pharmacologically active doses. Such a study allows comparing various CCBs from functional point view considering potency, pharmacokinetics and tissue selectivity. examples taken this section illustrative actions general, even if all drugs have not been examined. Owing complexity reflexes selectivity level vascular beds, may be anticipated that exhibit variations action according bed or species so far considered. Because importance coronary diseases, hypertension stroke, their has studied coronary, renal cerebral circulations.
