摘要: Abstract The rate of racemization selenomethinine in yeast at 100°C and pH 7.4 was determined using gas chromatography to separate the trifluoroacetyl- l -prolyl- d,l -selenomethionine methyl esters. half-life (i.e., time required attain a d/l ratio 0.33) selenomethionine found be similar that methionine have value 19–20 days.
