摘要: A 2 × factorial arrangement of treatments in randomized design was conducted to investigate the effect different selenomethionine (SM) sources and levels on productive performance breeder hens Se distribution inclusion eggs serum tissues its offspring. total 480 Ling-Nan-Huang hens, 48 weeks age, were allocated four treatments, each which included three replicates 40 hens. Pretreatment period weeks, experiment lasted 8 weeks. Two SM forms dl-SM l-SM supplemented at 0.15 or 0.30 mg Se/kg into basal diet. Results showed that level mg/kg diet, compared mg/kg, significantly elevated percentage egg production (p < 0.05), hatchability 0.01), birthrate whereas led a higher content contents, serum, all 0.01). In addition, form significant increase 0.01, except hens’ pancreas offspring’s liver breast muscle). The yolk markedly influenced by interaction between source above results suggested dl-SM, l-SM, had similar equal but superior with respect selenium inclusion, tissues.
