摘要: We compared the effects of dietary polydextrose with those fibers on luminal pH and morphology large intestine in rats. In Experiment 1, animals were fed diets supplemented two levels (5 10 g/100 g) or fiber (cellulose galactomannan derivatives) for 52 d. Polydextrose derivatives significantly lowered intestinal increased cecal weight surface area cellulose. However, thickness muscular layer was less polydextrose-fed groups than cellulose-fed groups. 2, rats either a fiber-free diet containing 5, 20 g 92 Dietary acidified contents promoted mucosal growth but thinned layer. The shape colonic mucosa group clearly different from that diet. These findings indicate effect is fibers.
