Dietary cellulose improves decreased muscular layer weight of the large intestine in rats fed the diet containing polydextrose

摘要: We compared the effects of dietary polydextrose, cellulose and guar gum on muscular weight large intestine in rats investigated kaolin supplemented to polydextrose diet rats. Animals were fed same amount a for either 1 or 5 wk containing 7 g/100 g gum, which was made by mixing part with 9 parts (7 g) diet. The feeding caused less intestinal diets. Feeding kaolin-added increased its diet, however not long enough increase those level groups. cellulose-added up These results indicate that although poly-dextrose decreases rats, supplementation can effectively overcome effect intestine.
