Mesure de la performance des agences bancaires par une approche DEA

摘要: L'approche DEA permet de proposer nouveaux indicateurs la performance pour les reseaux distribution integres. Apres avoir precise methode construction d'un indicateur productivite des points vente respectant criteres controlabilite et coherence transversale, nous modelisons le lien entre cet un tete reseau afin d'en garantir hierarchique. Enfin, inserons ces dans outil d'aide a decision conforme l'organisation verticale : systeme tableaux bord prospectifs.
