摘要: Abstract The existing studies on efficiency evaluation of bank branches using a data envelopment analysis (DEA) technique have not considered intangible aspects associated with resource inputs in the branches. branch characterize effectiveness service delivery system supporting efficient and quality to external customers. In order fill this gap, paper develops framework for incorporating aspect into DEA form internal quality. This also suggests simultaneous benchmarking performance along multiple dimensions modified formulation. are quality, operating efficiency, profitability.
