摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to present a case study showing how the selection performance indices affects results and evaluation firm's performance.Design/methodology/approach This employs data envelopment analysis (DEA) framework using four kinds selection, which include basic input/output items, balance scorecard (BSC) indices, balanced with risk management, traditional financial evaluate banking operations.Findings Shows that DEA‐based produces similar view well‐being as does an indices; however, BSC‐based different assessment.Research limitations/implications was based on following assumptions: first, when organizational units achieve technical efficiency, they will improve their performance.
