摘要: IEEE Standard 1459 defines the power components based on fast Fourier series. However, series assumes signal is periodic in nature, and provides erroneous assessment of presence transient signals. Therefore, a new method proposed for evaluation time-frequency distribution (TFD) cross (XTFD) The TFD XTFD preserve simultaneous time variable frequency information signals, estimate instantaneous according to 1459. Results computer simulated real-world quality disturbance case studies justify effectiveness under conditions.
