摘要: Abstract Recent advances in dividing wall column (DWC) have led to renewed interest the design or redesign of many industrial processes. For distillation system cumene production, existing alternatives potentials energy savings and consequently reduction total annual cost (TAC) consumption. In this paper, production based on real process is simulated a conventional using commercial simulator Aspen Plus, two DWC processes are introduced. Then optimization study for proposed performed TAC calculation with sensitivity analysis investigate effects operating parameters. The results indicate that optimum works well cumene, corresponding reduced significantly accompanied by substantial savings.
