摘要: European and national policies are aimed at reducing greenhouse gases increasing energy efficiency—also in the household sector. For this purpose, new solutions for private homes based on information communication technologies (ICT) being developed tested. However, up to now, hardly anyone has seen, experienced or lived an environment that offers full range of ICT-based management solutions. In study, consumer reactions a fully furnished equipped smart home analysed using focus groups (four with total 29 participants). The analysis looks perceptions system which optimizes electricity consumption different ICT topics were demonstrated practice then discussed participants included variable tariffs, metering, appliances, automation. general, there positive group environment. Consumers saw many advantages themselves; especially chance save money. giving high levels flexibility adapting everyday routines fit tariffs regarded as difficult. Smart appliances meters therefore considered be necessary elements by most participants. Concerns regarding data privacy played major role one groups.
