摘要: We review the results of our study properties magnetic field induced insulating phase in a two-dimensional electron gas modulation-doped In0.53Ga0.47As/InP heterostructures. The experiments were performed millikelvin range temperatures very high fields. can be explained by assumption formation glassy Wigner solid.
