摘要: The termination of the hemolytic reaction between Newcastle disease virus and erythrocytes is not result development resistance to hemolysis among remaining unlysed as has been previously suggested. Instead, this cessation due loss virus's activity during interaction with erythrocytes. Although by is, like itself, temperature dependent, need participate in a order for it occur. most likely explanation that only small fraction complete particles are these become irreversibly bound appropriate interaction. As consequence, each particle can lyse limited number erythrocytes—perhaps one or two.
