摘要: Im Rahmen der verschiedenen Ansatze zur Korrektur Presbyopie werden immer haufiger multifokale Intraokularlinsen (MIOL) eingesetzt. Um eine hohe Patientenzufriedenheit zu erzielen, sind genaue Kenntnisse uber Einsatzmoglichkeiten und Patientenselektionskriterien dieses Linsentyps erforderlich. Relativ restriktive Einschlusskriterien in Zusammenspiel mit einem optimierten pra-, peri-, postoperativen Management fuhren Summe besseren refraktiven Ergebnissen damit einer hohen Patientenzufriedenheit.
