摘要: Purpose The aim of this study was a prospective evaluation new algorithms for the treatment presbyopia using light-adjustable intraocular lens (LAL). Patients and methods A total 15 patients scheduled routine cataract surgery were included in study. Following removal LAL (CalhounVision, Pasadena, CA) implanted. At approximately 2 weeks after implantation IOL adjusted to correct any residual refractive error (sphere cylinder) followed by creation customized near add (CNA) that based on individual patient pupil size one eye. fellow eye corrected emmetropia. final lock-in then performed. Results There no complications observed during or power adjustments. All demonstrated an improvement vision (0.97 ± 0.18) distance (0.78 with good intermediate (0.92 0.12) months lock-in. Conclusion This preliminary showed CNA patient's size, provided range near, following LAL.
