摘要: Abstract Excited states in 218 Ra were studied through the 208 Pb( 13 C, 3n) reaction. Five sets of BGOACS's used for γγ-coincidence measurements. Levels established up to 21 − state. A negative parity band which crosses yrast sequence at spin was found first time this mass region. The B(E1) B( E 2) ratios deexcitations 7 17 are discussed based on vibrational model by taking into account quadrupole, octupole and hexadecapole degrees freedom.
