摘要: PURPOSES To investigate the responses of craniovertebral (CV) angle to backpack loadings in adolescents with and without neck pain explore relationships between CV angle, relative weight, disability. METHODS A cross-sectional single-blinded study was conducted on 60 (30 30 non-neck pain) aged from 13 18 years old. The verbal analog scale (VAS) Chinese version Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire (NPQ) were used assess severity disability respectively. measured neutral 5% 30% subject's body weight by using Head Posture Spinal Curvature Instrument (HPSCI). RESULTS In both groups, angles gradually decreased increment amount decreases became significant 10% onwards (P 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Our findings suggested a safety limit load for adolescents. results showed tendency that ability maintaining good head posture response subjects might be better than those pain.
