摘要: The chemical characteristics of seed oils Asian ginseng (Panax C.A. Meyer) at different ages grown in Korea (3, 4 and 5-year old) China (5-year old), American quinquefoliu L., were compared. Total fatty acid composition showed a significantly higher oleic content (87.50%) than Korean (68.02~69.14%) Chinese (61.19%). At the sn-2 position, highest (81.09%) lowest linoleic (15.77%) found oil. main triacylglycerol species triolein (OOO) 1,2-dioleoyl-3-linoleoyl-glycerol (LOO)/1,3-dioleoyl-2-linoleoyl-glycerol (OLO). In addition, possessed an ideal oxidative stability showing 16.55~23.12 hr induction time by Rancimat test. results revealed that oil could be developed as new healthy edible oil, oil’s strongly associated with habitats.
