摘要: To meet the challenge of constructing interfaces for increasingly complex multifunctional products, designers will be attracted by promise offered “intelligent” systems. However, value such sophisticated systems must measured in terms quality their user's models. One intelligent interface — an Expert Help System has been designed, implemented, and evaluated.
