摘要: The property of directed movement which most animals possess is a major difference between them and other living things largely responsible for their ability to manipulate environment. In fact, active motor behavior appears be crucial perceptual development learning (Held Hein, 1963). Here we consider some the neural mechanisms underly three types drug-induced behavior. first these, locomotor activity, influenced not only by drugs but wide variety genetic, developmental, hormonal, environmental, motivational, endogenous rhythmic factors. It hoped that elucidation activity can provide clues as how these factors might affect second type stereotyped behavior, rarely seen in undrugged animal reported striking feature human schizophrenic (Bleuler, 1950). third circling, generally studied with unilateral lesion induced intact (Glick et al., 1976). closely related asymmetric dopaminergic corpora striata, its study may reveal functional relationships within basal ganglia brain structures. For reasons consistency experiments considered here are mainly restricted those performed on rat.
