Behavioural characterization of habenula lesion in rats : involvement in cognitive processes and possible relevance for the cognitive symptoms of schizophrenia

摘要: L'habenula, qui represente un point de rencontre entre les systemes limbique et extrapyramidal, participe a la regulation des voies ascendantes monoaminergiques, est impliquee dans douleur, le sommeil, comportements sexuel maternel, phenomenes recompense, l'apprentissage, l'anxiete depression. L'hypothese selon laquelle l'habenula serait schizophrenie ete testee d'un vue comportemental, chez rats en ayant subli une lesion bilaterale. Pour ce faire, repli social, filtrage sensoriel cognition (memoire attention) ont explores. Ensuite, l'effet sur niveau d'activite cerebrale etudie l'aide l'imagerie resonance magnetique, couplee traitement l'amphetamine, afin determiner si animaux leses etaient plus sensible cette drogue. Enfin, consequences lesion, court long terme, recepteurs impliques schizophrenie, D1 D2, 5-HT1A 5-HT2A, NMDA alpha-7, technique d'autoradiographie. Laissant inchanges d'interactions sociales sensoriel, cause deficit marque memoire reference spatiale, et, lors du test d'attention, induit augmentation immediate prolonge l'impulsivite, alors que l'acuite n'etait alteree progressivement. L'imagerie fonctionnelle revele que, leses, l'amphetamine provoque activation significativement moins important au cortex pre-frontal. L'autoradiographie montre significative generalisee nombre serotoninergiques 5-HT2A difference presente terme. En conclusion, particulierement desordres cognitifs rencontres schizophrenes. Sa entraine effets distincts, terme impliquant semblent etre independant.
