摘要: Abstract α-Fe(Cr)-h-BN and α-Fe(Cr)-Fe 2 B-FeB coatings on X30Cr13 stainless steel are synthesized by laser melting with incorporation of hexagonal boron nitride, or alloying boron. The additive powders deposited before pulsed irradiation Nd-YAG beam. solidification structures the obtained investigated optical microscopy X-ray diffractometry. mechanical properties nanoindentation tribological behaviour is characterized pin-on-disc tribometer, under dry-sliding conditions different loads a temperature range 25–500 °C. h-BN-α-Fe(Cr) Fe B-α-Fe(Cr) have average hardnesses 10.0 14.5 GPa, respectively, while hardness untreated 4.2 GPa. In comparison this steel, sliding contact ceramic (ruby) such coating shows lower coefficient friction definitively better wear resistance.
