摘要: The regulatory cis elements of fungal pectinases are well studied in Aspergillus genera but little is known other species. A genomic bank from Penicillium occitanis fungus constructed and screened by previously isolated cDNA probe a pectin lyase. From several clones, the nucleotide sequence lyase gene was completed led to identification introns promoter-terminator regions. streaking future found pnl P. occitanis: it exhibits highest homology with pnlA niger positions its 4 completely identical that A. pnlB gene.
