摘要: The current imaging methods have a limited ability to visualize microstructures of biological soft tissues. Small lesions cannot be detected at the early stage disease. Phase contrast (PCI) is novel non-invasive technique that can provide high images tissues by use X-ray phase shift. It new choice in terms non-invasively revealing tissue details. In this study, lung and hepatic fibrosis models mice rats were used investigate PCI observation Our results demonstrated different liver stages could distinguished PCI. three-dimensional morphology segment blood vessel was constructed. Noteworthy, clot inside visualized three dimensions which provided precise description stenosis. Furthermore, whole airways including alveoli obtained. We had specifically highlighted its visualization assessment alveoli. To our knowledge, first time for using This finding may offer perspective on diagnosis respiratory All confirmed will valuable tool imaging.
