摘要: BACKGROUND Parent artery occlusion is one of the traditional methods treatment for unclippable aneurysms. However, parent may not result in permanent exclusion aneurysm from systemic circulation. We present a case cerebral treated by proximal embolization artery, which recanalized during follow-up period. CASE DESCRIPTION A 69-year-old woman presented with right blepharoptosis and diplopia. large arising cavernous portion internal carotid was found endovascularly excluded circulation balloons. Eleven days after treatment, obliteration were angiographically confirmed. to be nearly total at 6 months treatment. CONCLUSION Angiography suggested that recanalization took place through vaso vasorum. believe induced marginal blood flow ipsilateral hemisphere.
