摘要: Summary Surface roughness generation in a turning operation is examined by using FFT analyzer. It found that the profile of workpiece composed several periodical components: cutting tool feed component, spindle rotational error and chatter vibration component. A block diagram surface has been drawn to give clear illustration process. To examine origin these components, series tests were carried out with different bearing arrangements types material. shown method presented this study very helpful evaluating machinability material also diagnosing conditions machine system.
