摘要: Based on inducing the aggregation of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), a simple colorimetric method with high sensitivity and selectivity was developed for sensing thiocyanate (SCN−) in aqueous solutions. Citrate-capped AuNPs were prepared following classic Tween 20 subsequently added as stabilizer. With addition SCN−, citrate ions surfaces replaced due to affinity between SCN− Au. As result, molecules adsorbed separated aggregated. The process accompanied by visible color change from red blue within 5 min. can therefore be easily achieved UV-vis spectrophotometer or even naked eye. potential effects relevant experimental conditions, including concentration 20, pH, incubation temperature time, evaluated optimize method. Under optimized this yields excellent (LOD = 0.2 μM 11.6 ppb) toward SCN−. Our attempt may provide cost-effective, rapid solution inspection saliva environmental samples.
