摘要: The authors have shown an approach to evaluate the mechanical properties of cross-tension type specimen welded by friction stir spot welding (FSSW) with focus on fatigue crack behaviour. In this study, cold-rolled 0.8-mm-thick low carbon steel sheet JIS G3141 SPCC was used base metal. Results that, hardness test values within stirred zone in joint were much higher than that strength FSSW very compare tensile force metal and itself. initiated near interface between two thin steels observed detail three-dimensional observation method. This method investigate initiation propagation typical morphologies constant amplitude level each life. It shows a main at end slit study requires large number cyclic loading initiate crack. Furthermore, high observed. From observation, it is cleared few Therefore, fracture modes independent level.
