FT-IR spectroscopic analysis of normal and cancerous tissues of esophagus

摘要: AIM: To investigate the special Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectra in normal and cancerous tissues of esophagus. METHODS: Twenty-seven pairs esophagus were studied by using FT-IR characteristics analyzed different tissues. RESULTS: Different found tissues. The peak at 1550/cm was weak wide but strong high tissues.The ratio I 1647/I 1550 2.0 2.36 (P < 0.05). 1550/I 1080 4.5 3.4 0.01). 1453/cm higher than 1402/cm tissue lower tissues. CONCLUSION: results indicate that FTIR may be used clinical diagnosis.
