摘要: AIM: To characterize the gene expression profiles in different stages of carcinogenesis esophageal epithelium. METHODS: A microarray containing 588 cancer related genes was employed to study profile at squamous cell carcinoma including basal hyperplasia, high-grade dysplasia, situ, early and late cancer. Principle component analysis performed search which were important carcinogenesis. RESULTS: More than 100 up or down regulated epithelial cells during identified a set may play roles tumor development. Comparison between these showed that some genes, such as P160ROCK, JNK2, activated an role carcinogenesis. CONCLUSION: These findings provided cancer-specific stage-specific profiles, showing complex alterations underlie development malignant phenotype cells.
