摘要: Abstract To introduce the biaryl structure as a triazine functionality, we have developed new synthetic route via Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of resin-bound chlorotriazines. The was achieved using various arylboronic acids, Pd(PPh 3 ) 4 , Cs 2 CO and dioxane. With integration this chemistry our previous orthogonal methodology, library is greatly expanded to scaffold.
