摘要: The first measurements are reported for the AC conductivity (real and imaginary parts) of semiconducting CuO-Bi2O3-P2O5 glasses in frequency range 102-105 Hz temperature 80-4000 K. experimental results have been analysed light various theoretical models proposed amorphous semiconductors such as quantum mechanical tunnelling classical hopping over barrier a charge carrier. analysis shows that correlated barrier-hopping model predicts correct dependence its exponent. This provides reasonable values maximum height characteristic relaxation time.
