Electrical conductivity in semiconducting CuO-Bi2O3-P2O5 glasses

摘要: DC electrical conductivity of the semiconducting glasses in system CuO-Bi2O3-P2O5 is reported for first time over temperature range 80-420 K. The data have been analysed light theoretical models polaronic conduction. analysis shows that adiabatic hopping theory most appropriate to describe conduction high-temperature region. At lower temperatures, a variable mechanism dominates Various parameters such as decay constant, density states at Fermi level, etc., obtained from data.
