摘要: Abstract Percolation-theoretic considerations have been used by various workers to evaluate the dc hopping conductivity and thermoelectric power in disordered systems. We apply percolation theory small polaron regime. Expressions for at low high temperatures are obtained a situation which we symmetrical band of localized states with Fermi level middle, an asymmetrical case above level, temperature is evaluated. The correlation between bonds due energy common site included present treatment.
