摘要: Abstract The coupling of end-column tris (2,2′-bipyridyl) ruthenium (II) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection with capillary electrophoresis (CE) was developed for the analysis two antipsychotic drugs, perphenazine (PPH) and fluphenazine (FPH). parameters related to CE separation ECL detection, including potential, buffer pH value concentration, voltage, Ru(bpy)32+ were investigated in detail. Under optimum conditions, PPH FPH well separated detected within 11 min. linear ranges 0.1–5 μM PPH, 0.1–7.5 μM FPH, respectively. limits 5 10 nM (S/N=3). relative standard deviations (n=3) intensity migration time less than 2.5 0.65% a day, 3.4 1.7% different three days. proposed method successfully applied determine spiked urine samples satisfactory results.
