摘要: Abstract The reaction between formaldehyde and ammonium ion to produce hexamethylenetetramine is well known. conditions are very easily controlled in situ the experiment operation simple. However, such derivatization for trace determination using capillary electrophoresis (CE) electrochemiluminescence (ECL) has not been reported before. In this study, application of ammoniun sulfate as reagent in-situ air was reported. Based on ECL enhancement tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) with hexamethylenetetramine, a novel approach ultra-trace CE coupled on-line developed. parameters affecting separation detection potential, concentration pH phosphate buffer, electrokinetic voltage, were investigated.
