摘要: Abstract NiFe 2− x Sm O 4 ( =0.00, 0.05, 0.10 and 0.15) nanopowders were synthesized via a sol–gel combustion route. The structural studies carried out by X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy transmission microscopy. XRD results confirmed the formation of single-phase spinel cubic structure. crystallite size decreased with an increase samarium ion concentration, while lattice parameter strain increased substitution. TEM micrographs showed that agglomerated nanoparticles particle sizes ranging from 35 to 90 nm obtained. magnetic using vibrating sample magnetometer. Magnetic measurements revealed saturation magnetization M s ) decreases increasing 3+ reduction is attributed dilution interaction. coercivity H c samples increases adding samarium.
