摘要: Hormone measurements, spermiograms and testicular biopsies studies were performed in young with varicocele. In addition, the testes epididymides of 27 adults varicocele obtained from autopsies. Light electron microscopic examination biopsy autopsy specimens revealed two types lesions varicocele: 1) a diffuse lesion consisting abnormal spermatozoa spermatid morphology sloughing immature spermatid; 2) focal lesion, distributed irregularly throughout parenchyma, affecting several small groups seminiferous tubules. Each these corresponded to lobule showed different degrees tubular atrophy, so that mosaic pattern. The interstitium dilated veins venules, progressive collagenization. Some rete testis, which compressed tubuli recti caused atrophy tubules opening into recti. Other among ductuli efferentes, testis channels appeared be dilated. Among etiological mechanisms have been suggested for varicocele, obstruction at level either or efferentes might responsible leading atrophy.
