摘要: Abstract Ethnopharmacological relevance Trifolium species are used in Turkish folk medicine as a wound healing agent, expectorant, antiseptic, sedative and to alleviate pain rheumatism. In the present study, aqueous methanolic extracts (80%) of 13 (Trifolium ambigum, arvense var. arvense, campestre, canescens, hybridum anatolicum, hybridum, pannonicum, pratense pratense, purpureum purpureum, repens repens, resupinatum microcephalum, spadiceum trichocephalum) collected from different regions Anatolia were evaluated for their vivo effects. Materials methods activities plant by linear incision circular excision models subsequent histopathological analysis. Active constituents determined validated high performance liquid chromatographic method. Precision method was performed evaluation intra-day inter-day variations each standard at limits quantification (LOQ) levels. Results The canescens pretense possessed better activity compared other control groups. animal groups treated with extract demonstrated increased contraction (48.96%) on significant increase tensile strength (35.6%) models. main compounds detected genistein biochanin A canescens. Conclusion results study revealed potential This might be due combined effect isoflavones genistein, formononetin, daidzein, extract.
