摘要: Abstract The induced structural changes, due to Li2O-doping (2.5 mol%) and γ-irradiation (10–80 Mrad), of NiO were investigated by XRD analyses. results obtained revealed that lithium-doping resulted in a significant increase the internal strain decrease lattice parameter. These changes explained terms creation Ni3+ ions doped solids. γ-Irradiation pure solids effected both crystallite size microstrain upon subjecting doses 20 30 Mrad. Higher an parameters case further solid. attributed splitting large strained crystallites activated sintering small ones. also removal some excess oxygen with subsequent concentration ions.
