摘要: Animals have been widely used as a training model for teaching microsurgery. However, unlimited access to the animal laboratory is not always possible, and increased scrutiny of ethical use animals major factor consider when In such situations, an alternative method required microsurgical techniques, medical grading tubes, surgical gloves. These tools provide ideal present techniques. They are readily available abundant in laboratory. addition, these can be initial before entering clinical setting. A practice card designed from gloves tube was simple sutures. The progressed more difficult level, using medical-grade tubing end-to-end anastomosis, end-to-side side-to-side free graft placement. This proved challenging trainees, but improved hand coordination observed. models familiarized trainees with instruments developing approach moving on settings. tubes resulted significant reduction numbers microsurgery, well reduced cost.
