摘要: An agamma calf serum (ACS) was compared to fetal bovine (FBS) and supplemented growth media for both murine human fusion partners derived hybridoma cells. The variables analyzed were cloning efficiencies, characteristics, MAb production levels. Cultures established in each source, supernatants kept analysis. For the results indicate that although there is no clear advantage performance of FBS-supplemented medium, ACS-supplemented RPMI 1640 medium can be used clone hybridomas partners. When various sera, cell lines this study appeared produce up twice as much immunoglobulin when grown ACS medium. IgG- IgM-secreting cultures should checked independently antibody production. Six out eight produced higher levels MAbs ACS.
