摘要: Organizational politics has been a topic of conceptual and empirical interest for researchers practitioners many years. The purpose this paper is to examine the relationship between organizational employee work outcomes in educational institutions. In addition, also aims assess moderating role social capital.,Employee perceptions about its impact on their have assessed empirically with sample 270 full-time employees higher education institutions Pakistan. data collected from faculty members five universities Pakistan using survey method. SPSS AMOS used analyze SEM test hypotheses.,The results indicate effect capital perceived outcomes, most significant are job stress, satisfaction turnover intentions. findings study support view that negative association stress intentions.,Higher sector facing certain challenges, which affect talent retention. will help administration develop effective strategies cope challenges politics, such as motivation, retention employees.,The adds literature by highlighting validating adverse effects context Pakistani education.
