Preparation, characterization of nano-silica/fluoroacrylate material and the application in stone surface conservation

摘要: A series of fluoroacrylate (FPA) and nano-silica/fluoroacrylate were prepared. The properties including physical properties, mechanical behavior contact angle FPA investigated. According to the results, optimal fluoride content can be screened. (SiO2/FPA) materials characterized by fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) transmission electron microscope (TEM). surface morphology mineralogical stone samples scanning (SEM) X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. prepared coating was selected protect on surface. Aimed at evaluating performance, protective performances also evaluated artificial aging test. results indicated that when hexafluoro-butyl methacrylate (HFMA) 8.0 wt% SiO2 4.0 wt%, material has good compatibility appearance with relics. for protection chosen Jiaoshan Steles Grove (China) is noticeable it widely applied
