摘要: Four polymer latexes, including Base latex synthesized using styrene and butyl acrylate as the main monomers, Latex Si prepared with 4.0 wt% of vinyl triethoxysilane, F dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate D4 8.5 wt% octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4), were through a semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. Characterization films revealed that water absorption lower than those Latexes Si; whereas their contact angle also smaller other two films. The latexes applied coating onto steel Al metals different forms to evaluate performance in corrosion anti-icing tests. Coated on plates for resistance test, it was found showed poorer performance; made from better performance. In tests, either circular helix coils followed by refrigeration after spray, or stranded power line test an IWT (ice wind tunnel), best performance, lowest two, Si, located between. conducted coated stainless rods used reinforced core. effectiveness quite similar observed transmission lines: highest lowest, although differences magnitude obviously
