摘要: In the current paper, a new strategy for risk assessment of nanomaterials is described, which builds upon previous project outcomes and developed within FP7 NANoREG project. has aim to develop, long term, testing strategies adapted high number where many factors can affect their environmental health impact. proposed strategy, approaches (Quantitative) Structure Activity Relationships ((Q)SARs), grouping read-across are integrated expanded guide user how prioritise those nanomaterial applications that may lead risks human health. Furthermore, aspects exposure, kinetics hazard most likely be influenced by nanospecific properties material under identified. These summarised in six elements, play key role strategy: exposure potential, dissolution, transformation, accumulation, genotoxicity immunotoxicity. With approach it possible identify situations use grouping, (Q)SAR tools become feasible future, point towards generation type data needed scientific justification, regulatory acceptance these tools.
