摘要: Abstract A new synthetic substrate, Nα-Benzyloxycarbonyl-glycyl-glycyl-arginyl-4-methoxy-2-napthylamide (CBZ-glyglyarg-4MeO-βNA), is described for the routine assay of urokinase and porcine plasminogen activator. This method activators rapid, accurate reproducible over a wide range enzyme concentrations. It does not suffer shortcomings time consuming factors that are observed with esterase fibrin plate or clot lysis techniques. The use substrate in vitro tissue culture CTA unit (Committee on Thrombolytic Agents) defined terms characteristics.
