摘要: Abstract A new synthetic substrate, Nα-Benzyloxycarbonyl-glycyl-glycyl-arginyl-4-methoxy-2-napthylamide (CBZ-glyglyarg-4MeO-βNA), is described for the routine assay of urokinase and porcine plasminogen activator. This method activators rapid, accurate reproducible over a wide range enzyme concentrations. It does not suffer shortcomings time consuming factors that are observed with esterase fibrin plate or clot lysis techniques.
